I have been advised that on Wed 15 Dec there will be a farewell flypast of a formation of 16 Harrier GR9 aircraft at the following locations and times:

Cottesmore: 1300 - 1310 (depart and form diamond)
Marham: 1318
Wyton: 1322
Wittering: 1326
Stamford: 1327
Cranwell: 1401
Waddington: 1402
Scampton: 1404
Coningsby: 1411
Cottesmore:1415
Oakham: 1416
Cottesemore: recover and land: 1420

The flypast is obviously weather-dependent and fall-back days are planned for 14 and 16 Dec. If I hear of any such change, I will let you know.

Sounds like a plan... want to join the fun JB and fly the K21 so i can have my hands free to shoot the shots?
Volunteer tug driver?

Actually on second thoughts....... we could just steal the yellow peril?

Alex,

JB and I will be working on the LS7 on Wed, so drop in if you feel so inclined.....

(any puns on that last phraseology will be entirely predictable!)

Chris
