Clubhouse move

Postby ColinD » Sat Sep 03, 2011 6:24 am

I have been told that we need to be out of the line hut by 12 Sept (next weekend). I propose that today (Sat) we have a normal flying day, as the weather is looking good, and tomorow we start doing the move. I also propose that we have a club weekend next weekend to finish off/tidy up as we will have to tidy up the ISO's ect to fit every thing into storage. I know it is a bit short notice, but in all honesty I didnt think we would be able to keep the building. your help, as always will be apreaciated in achievinig this.

To move from one building back to the other, we will need 3 teams. Get your team preferences in!

Team one - empty line hut & load shuttles

Team two - drive shuttle vehicles

Team three - empty shuttles and load clubhouse

I would say if we have everyone from the club there then we can get it done easily in the morning, Please make sure you can attend. I would even go so far as to putting your apologies down on here if you cant make it for your own reasons. Just to be clear.

Please lets make sure that 'the same five or six' club members are doing this alone...
